We are a traditional Japanese doll maker since 1913. It has been 109 years since the first president Tamejiro Yamamoto founded Yamamoto Ningyo in Osaka. Now we run two stores located in Osaka, and several online stores. A few years ago the forth generation (next president. Mao Yamamoto) joined and started selling online and using social medias. she is trying to expand the reach to global. 

Our strongest products are Japanese traditional dolls. They are delicately hand crafted. We promise the high quality and also reasonable prices. 

Not only dolls, we are also selling variety of Japanese goods like festival decorations and toys. There are many traditional events in Japan through a year. We hope you experience traditional Japanese events with our products.

National Award winning craftsman

In 2011, we were honored to receive "The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays" award (旭日双光章) and His Imperial Highness the Crown Prince of Japan visited us. Also we have served as a chairman of Osaka Toy and Dolls Wholesaler Cooperative Federation since 2005.
